I spoke with Bill Gladvill (One of the Managers) and he was upfront and honest about the pricing. Instead of baiting me with fake numbers, he asked me to come by the dealership and see what we can do. Realizing that I was speaking with a respectable and honest manager, I agreed to stop by. Before hanging up the phone, Bill double checked to make sure the Honda Civic that I was interested in was still in their inventory. When I walked into Center Subaru, Mike Persechiro (sales) greeted me and introduced me to Bill who greeted me as if we had known each other for years. And this was not a "pretend" greeting. He was very sincere and he told me Mike will help me through the purchasing process. Mike has the keys the Honda Civic in his hand. He didn't hover over me, trying to make a sale. When it came down to the numbers, there were no games and there were no lies. I got the exact price I was looking for. When it was time for the paperwork, Mike invited my brother to sit at his desk and he asked if we needed anything. Having already made the sale, he could have moved on to the next customer. Instead, he made sure we were comfortable with everything. My experience at Center Subaru was more like an afternoon cup of coffee with friends, instead of a stressful and adversarial situation. Bravo to everyone at Center Subaru I just picked up my new Subaru Forester. I am thrilled with my new Subaru and very impressed with Center Subaru's staff. I was recently in an accident I just picked up my new Subaru Forester. I am thrilled with my new Subaru and very impressed with Center Subaru's staff. I was recently in an accident with my Honda Accord caused by a careless driver, and had injuries to my chest, collarbone , and ribs. Although my doctor gave me clearance to drive after one month I refused to get behind the wheel ever again. I wanted a bigger, safer vehicle. After much research I found that Subaru safety ratings were stellar! Once I sat in the Forester I knew immediately that this was the car for me! I called and spoke with Rich Bonessi, and his helpful attitude got me into Center Subaru's door. He kindly made arrangements for me and my husband to meet with Frank Marchion. On Sunday we drove to Center Subaru. I was completely rattled on my way there as it was the first time I had driven in the Honda since my accident. However once we arrived at the dealership and met with Frank he immediately put me at ease. He was the perfect man for the job - kind, friendly, and comforting. Frank took a lot of time to explain everything to us about Subaru Eyesight accident avoidance technology. I asked a million questions and he patiently answered every one. I will forever be grateful at the very thoughtful, reassuring way he interacted with me. He more than sold me on the Forester, he gave me reassurance! I am so grateful to him. I actually burst into tears of relief when I shook his hand to close the deal! Frank is a gem and delightful person. I also am grateful to the Sales manager Miles Loewe who listened to my long tale of woe about my accident and made a cup of coffee for me while my husband took a spin in the Forester. I also want to thank Kit Nan for closing out the deal with a comfortable, low-pressure manner. First time in my 55 years that I had a "pain free" car purchase!
