Lease I contacted this dealership on 6/14/14 for a specific Subaru Forester Model. I spoke with salesperson Frank Marchion. We discussed the features. I gave a deposit by credit card to hold the car. I live approximately 200 miles away from this dealer, so all discussion and completion of the finance application was due via telephone and computer. Since this lease purchase was out of state, I was unfamiliar with the registration and license plate differences. Frank patiently explained it to me, more than once. We agreed on 6/18/14 as the date to take possession of the vehicle. Frank asked that I telephone him when leaving home, I did. Someone drove me to the dealership. So when we drove in, he greeted me in the parking lot and explained the vehicle's features. My questions were answered easily and with confidence. He had his iPad and asked that I step in front of the vehicle for a picture. He also took a picture of my friend and I in front of the vehicle. He emailed the pictures to me. We then went inside the dealership where he pointed out the service and waiting areas. He offered us a beverage. We then went to his desk and he went over the vehicle's manuals. He said I can call him or the service manager if I had any questions. The business manager came to the Frank's desk where I completed the finance documents. Any questions I had were pleasantly answered. A VERY NICE EXPERIENCE! It was well worth the drive. More

My salesman, Chris Miller, stayed in constant contact with me throughout the purchase process, as I was pre-ordering a vehicle and had close to a 2 month wait on the car. He was quick to respond to any emails or voicemails I would leave, and took the initiative to check in with me even if there wasn't a new update on the vehicle or timeline.
