We had a very helpful salesman, Joe Kolosky, who went the extra mile to satisfy us. He really bent over backwards to give us a good trade-in and a good price on the car we bought. Joe was a great sales rep. he was very nice and answered all my questions. He worked with me on the price I wanted for my new vehicle and my trade in price. Joe Kolosky was amazing not your typical salesman!!!! Super friendly, helpful down to earth and kid friendly!!! Knows his stuff too!!! Did not feel rushed at all. He even took the time to sit in the car show me how to use certain things and help program things for the Bluetooth. Very great experience and will recommend them for sure. More

I was looking for a used Subaru to fit a VERY tight budget with hardly any wiggle room. I spent many days and hours visiting various dealerships and searching online for vehicles. I had a very frustra budget with hardly any wiggle room. I spent many days and hours visiting various dealerships and searching online for vehicles. I had a very frustrating and stressful time at other dealerships and my patience was wearing thin.I even had one dealer laugh at me on the phone and say "honey, no-one can accommodate that budget". Or the vehicles I could afford and test drove at other dealers were total clunkers with terribly high miles, were dirty and smelled awful. As a lone female shopper, dealerships have a tendency to try and swindle a deal, without much respect or honesty. On the advice of family, they suggested I check out Center Subaru in Torrington, CT because "they are very nice" and "have great deals". I live a little over an hour away from the dealership, and let me tell you the drive was worth it! As soon as I walked in I was greeted by friendly staff and the building itself was clean, presentable and comfortable. I met with Frank Marchion, who was very professional and a gentleman. It was nice to sit down with an honest dealer who genuinely cared and was willing to help me find a vehicle. Mr. Marchion helped me find a Subaru that not only fit my budget but went above and beyond my expectations. There was a point when I was hesitant and anxious about purchasing a "new" vehicle, and Mr. Marchion was understanding and not pushy, which was refreshing. I walked away that night owning my very first Subaru,and the experience itself was fairly pleasant. The finance department was amazing as well. They were able and willing to help me while I awaited a check from my insurance company for my down payment, and were understanding when things were delayed due to weather. For the record my "new" Subaru was presented to me (as were all the vehicles on the lot) , as clean, smelled great, looks mint and drives like a beast in the snow! I've had numerous comments from co-workers asking where I got my "new" car, and they cannot believe the amazing deal I got. In short, it was a great experience, and I cannot speak more highly of Frank Marchion and Center Subaru. I would highly recommend checking them out if you are looking for a new or used vehicle, ESPECIALLY if you are on a tight budget! More

After many weeks of trying to find the right car for my wife and I, I came across a fantastic looking Forester on Center Subaru's website. This was around 4:00 pm on February 5, 2014. It had been snowing all day and many businesses had closed due to inclement weather. I called the dealership and they said they were going to close early, but if we wanted to go by and look at the Forester, they would remain open. I explained to them that my wife and I were coming from Simsbury and it was going to take us a good 45 minutes due to poor travel conditions, but they said it would not be a problem. Frank Marchion was a delight to work with. Even though the road conditions were getting worse by the minute, he never rushed the sale. We felt completely at ease during the entire process and for the first time ever, buying a car was actually a fun experience. After our February 5th visit to Center Subaru, my wife and I agreed that we found our family dealership. Soon, we will need to replace our other car and there is only one place we will go when the time comes. We'll head to Center Subaru and speak with Frank Marchion. We learned first hand that he will get us a fair deal on a quality car. More
