Our 2015 Subaru Outback was totaled in Oct 2019, we were not injured except for bruising, thanks to the vehicle's safety. Andy and Joe are awesome and continued to assist us, during that time they loaned us vehicles until our insurance settled our claim, a month later. Extremely generous that we didn't have to rent a car. Thank you, Allie, for helping with loaners and finding another used 2017 Outback, exactly what we wanted, and James even helped get our car payments cheaper than before.
