The Center Subaru Buying Experience: Perfect in All Respects In our search for a fairly-priced, well-maintained used Subaru, we visited 3 other dealerships before recently purchasing our 2017 Outback from Center In our search for a fairly-priced, well-maintained used Subaru, we visited 3 other dealerships before recently purchasing our 2017 Outback from Center Subaru. Our previous experiences had left us disappointed on multiple fronts including dirty showrooms, game-playing sales staff and, in the case of a Danbury dealer, an attempt to sell us a car with undisclosed, poorly-repaired, rear-end damage discovered by our mechanic during pre-purchase inspection. Our experience at Center Subaru simply could not have been more different. From our initial contact with Tracy Breen and later on with other staff, we encountered consistent professionalism, courtesy, transparency and patience with our many questions. With the exception of the car's original battery (which was replaced by the dealer at no additional cost prior to delivery), our mechanic's pre-purchase inspection revealed no issues whatsoever. Pricing was fair to excellent in our opinion (as well as that of our mechanic who is a licensed auto dealer). Since taking delivery, we have driven the car over 3,000 miles and encountered neither problems or disappointments with it. We look forward to returning to Center Subaru as our first stop when buying our next used car and will be recommending the same to our friends. More
