Punctual and efficient I had a 9:00 AM appointment for an inspection concerning an airbag recall. I was told to allow an hour for the inspection, and an additional hour if I had a 9:00 AM appointment for an inspection concerning an airbag recall. I got an e-mail about trading in my car for a new car so I went today to talk to Jonathan, who I I bought a car at Center Subaru several years back. He was very good in his ability to understand what I wanted and what was possible and the experience was very good. This year I needed new struts, new spark plugs, and a new muffler on different occasions. Each time I thought, "This is it. Time for a new car." Each time it came back better than before. It drives like it did when I first bought it. The service at Center Subaru is excellent. From the appointments with loaner car availability, to the knowledgeable intake professionals, to the service work itself, the service is courteous, communicative, dependable and reliable. I'm sure I'll make it to 200,000 miles and beyond, but when the time comes for a new car, I'll be at Center Subaru. I've mostly dealt with Mark Orcutt who is knowledgeable and caring . The others have been great as well. Very professional! More
