After discussing issues I've had with a prior dealership with the General Manager, I was directed to Joe Kolosky. He was very honest and negotiated the price of the vehicle and the trade-in value of my car over the phone. I drove 2 hours to the dealership and was taken care of from the minute I stepped in. I special ordered the car and the trade-in was guaranteed for the period of the special order. I was surprised to get a call from Joe asking if I wanted to take the earlier allocation set to arrive to the dealership 4 weeks earlier than my special order. Of course I took it. I couldn't have been happier with my experience and purchase. I highly recommend Center Subaru if you're in the market for a Subaru. You will not be disappointed. More

Walked me through everything very thorougly, answered all questions - as I was about to drive away, I discovered that the seat had gone into a pre-set configuration for the previous driver - it did this every time I restarted the car. Though he wasn’t sure himself how to fix it, he was relentless in finding someone who did know - he wouldn’t let me drive off the lot (nor did I want to, honestly!) without solving the problem. I’d recommend him to anyone looking to buy a car from Center Subaru. More

Joe truly exceeded my expectations in making the transition as pleasant and comfortable as possible. He understood my need for a small car with upgraded safety features, and pointed me in the direction of their Legacy and Impreza sedans. He was exceptionally calm and patient throughout the process, allowing me to sort through the many decisions that come with the purchase of a new vehicle, and even advised me against purchasing models with which he did not feel I would be comfortable with. He knew exactly when to offer guidance and statistics, and when to trust my intuition, showing me that he cared more for customer satisfaction than making a sale. Joe is incredibly well educated in the features of each and every car sold by Subaru, and gave me a one-hour plus comprehensive tutorial on safety and navigation features both before and after the purchase of my new vehicle. He patiently instructed me on every feature inside the car and out (in pouring rain after the work day, no less), and has let me know that he is happy to give further tutorials as needed. I am so touched by the familial atmosphere at Center Subaru and Joe's ability to read each customer and respond to their individual needs. His knowledge of Subarus, attention to detail, and warmth go above and beyond, making me confident and ecstatic in my decision to join the Subaru family. His honesty and dedication, both to Subaru and his customers, are commendable. He made himself readily available for any questions and concerns I had throughout the research and buying process, and has let me know that this will continue for as long as I own a Subaru.
