The experience was very calm and we didn't feel pressured to make a sale, nor did we feel we would lose out on an opportunity if we decided to take time to think about our decision further. They definitely exceeded my expectations and I walked out feeling great about my new car purchase. I sat down with Jonathan and we went over the main features I wanted and didn't want. I wanted a specific color and they were able to locate one nearby that fit the needs on my list. This was my first new car purchase, and it went very smooth for me. Greg in Finance went above and beyond to make sure everything was in order for me to be good to go with this new car. Mike showed me all the features of the car so I was comfortable using it. Brought in my ‘19 Forester for its 24k service. I utilized the Express Service and was in/out in less than 30 mins. The staff is always accommodating and friendly. They even allow your dog to sit and utilized the Express Service and was in/out in less than 30 mins. The staff is always accommodating and friendly.
