First Visit to Center Subaru, Outstanding ! On my first visit to Center Subaru with My recently purchased 2011 Legacy ,I had the oil changed and tires rotated. I told the service advisor On my first visit to Center Subaru with My recently purchased 2011 Legacy ,I had the oil changed and tires rotated. I told the service advisor about my concern that the car was stalling on sudden stops, Xylina Soto ( service advisor) had their technician go for a ride with me and confirmed the car had a bad torque converter. She informed me that the repair would be covered under an extension on the warranty (note* this car has 96,000 mi )--GO SUBARU! I was given very nice loaner car, and when I discovered I my insurance card was expired, Xylina got a current one me from my insurance company. =Above and beyond* She also informed me of a recall on the air bag and order the parts for me. The very next morning they had the car repaired and not only did they wash the car for me they detailed it, even the tires were shining. This may have been my first visit but it will not be the last. Greatest Dealership experience ever! I love my Subaru and Center Subaru showed they treat people and their Subaru's as if they love your car also. Impressed by the commitment from the dealer Our family has been Subaru customers since the 80's starting with the XT model through the 2015 Forester. We've also been going to the dealer for all of our repairs. Recently we needed our catalytic converter repaired. Chris from service took a test drive with me and was aware that this would be a very large repair bill. He advised me to call Subaru of America and ask if we could get a coupon to help offset some of the cost. We called and they did their magic and was able to get the repairs totally covered! We were entirely pleased, as we always are, with the service from everyone at Center Subaru from Xylina, our service concierge to Chris, our mechanic. They are a big part of why we continue to have our vehicle serviced at Center Subaru. More

We walked in after nine years with a great Subaru Forester, deciding We had a really bad experience the last time we bought a car at this dealership. We walked in after nine years with a great Subaru Forester, deciding to get numbers only, but planned to go somewhere else to buy. When we met Tai Maher, the sales consultant, all that changed. He was personable, informative, and dealt with us without pressure. He helped us with a loaner issue after being told we could not have one for a scheduled recall on an air bag repair, much to our needful relief, and was otherwise so helpful that we decided to turn in our older car and we purchased one from him. If he remains at this dealership for three years we plan to see him again. More
