Welcoming Attitude, Helpful Staff I needed help with an airbag recall on my Outback which involved getting the part and setting up an appointment. I have a pretty busy schedule and I presumed it would be tough to get a reasonable appointment set up, but they were especially accommodating. I couldn't have asked for a more hassle-free experience and I'm pleasantly surprised. More

Very helpful! I used to go to Mitchell Subaru in Canton, but I always felt like they took advantage of my lack of knowledge of cars. I also felt like they undermined me as a person since I was female. I was home for the summer, about to leave for Tampa, and I began to have some issues with my car. I starting panicking because I was literally on the route toward Tampa that day and could not be delayed too much. I immediately texted a person I knew who worked at the Center Subaru, Liza. She was extremely helpful and my car was checked out and serviced quickly! Quality customer service! I will never go to the other one again! Torrington is the place to go. More

Great people, great car Took my 2015 Forester in for regular service and was looking around the showroom while I waited. I had been contacted previously by the dealership asking if I was interested in seeing what kind of a deal I could get on a trade in. I said no, very happy with the car I had. Long story short, decided to see what they had to offer. Mike was great and presented me with two options- both of which were good. Ended up with upgraded car and a lower payment. It doesn't get much better than that. More
