Later after my warranty had expired the issue with my ignition continued and Bob and the service tech were very patient in diagnosing the problem. John C was helpful in assuring me it was still a covered service. Although it took a few weeks to find and fix the issue, Bob was in contact with me weekly to let me know how things were going. Not only was the service done perfectly but the friendliness of every one was outstanding. I want to especially thank Mark for all his help. It's such a pleasure to deal with someone as nice as Mark . He completely explained everything that was going to be done to the car and made sure we we satisfied. He also made sure that we had a car to use while the service was being done since it was going to take over three hours to finish. I'm glad that Mark works at Center Subaru since we will be bringing our car back for service in the future. Keep up the great work Center Subaru More

Very knowledgable and helpful I went to have my car serviced. Spoke with the young man doing it. Frank approached me to see if I needed help or had any questions he could help me with. I ended up driving out with a new car. More

Four and a half hours and still waiting I tried to make an appointment for my 40,000 mile check-up. I was told I had to use the Express Service although I asked to make an appointment instead. I was told I had to use the Express Service. Once my car was serviced I was told I needed brakes. Both front and back were in the "service now" zone. I did not want to drive home with this problem as it is a long and hilly drive. Because I did not have an appointment, which I was not allowed to make, I was told it would take a few hours. I was offered a loaner but was uncomfortable doing that due to driving conditions. One employee was trying to be helpful by offering a service to shop while I waited. However, l just wanted to get my car before the roads froze. At four hours I asked to speak to the service manager who told me I could have made an appointment. I reiterated that I requested an appointment but was denied. He told me he was going to check on the status of my car. That was 45 minutes ago and I haven't seen him since. I have now been here a few minutes shy of five hours. I am shocked at how little concern this dealership has for the customers. More
