I had been looking for about 8 months at different brands and diff Gengras Volvo and Jen Robey surpassed my expectations for a car buying experience!! I had been looking for about 8 months at different brands and different dealerships. Gengras Volvo by far had the most customer-oriented sales staff, good prices, and integrity. They did what they said they would. Professional all the way! Jen Robey and sales managers Allen Fiergola and Rick Miller were honest, professional, and committed to a great buying experience for me. Jen was friendly, knowledge, and accommodating without pressure. She knows her stuff and made sure that I was happy with the like new 2011 XC 70 T6 wagon I purchased. It hadn't been through service yet, but Allen made sure that anything that needed to be done was done before I picked it up. Everything that needed replacement was replaced and they gave me a loaner while I waited. They even "made it right" with a cosmetic issue with one of the doors. Justin in the finance department was super helpful--got me the best rate and made the paperwork process seamless.
