I touched base with Jared Homan around the first of September about trading in on a new ride (Jared and I have done business over the years, to include a few vehicles). I turn right back around and they put the machine to read the code THIS time and surprise, surprise SAME CODE that I originally brought my car in for and paid for already. Now after I uber to pick my car up because Andrew said it was good and ready ( conversation recorded) thank God. I have to leave my car again and order another uber. That was on a Friday, I wait till Tuesday because I never got a call and I call, Andrew then gives me a different diagnosis again conversation recorded. Long story short I picked my car up from penske buick because by now I ain't trusting anything they say and I drive it straight to Tom Masano where they properly fixed my car right the first time. People STAY AWAY from PENSKI BUICK if you need SERVICE! More
