I respect the honesty and skills of the service mechanics. My most recent experience involved front end body work necessitated as a result of a collision with a deer. At 6:10 PM after just leaving, received a call that said they went ahead and sold the car that I was on my way to see. So, if you have a confirmed appointment and rearrange your day to be there, they can just blow you off???? Can't say they have someone coming to see the car, and to check on availability later???? Don't like how they treat potential customers at all. That, I was told is a policy promoted by the owner. I will never return there. You could be treated in the same manner if you patronize this dealership. Remember, a confirmation from them regarding your appointment is meaningless. More
