We are not familiar with all the electronics on this car. He said he is willing to help us any time. Victor was also helpful in getting us a good price for our trade in and lowering the price of our new car. This dealership (Geoff Penske) has a beautiful new building and all the people treat you very nice. This is a new experience for us and so far it has been great. More

The service department set up the appointment at my earliest convenience. It took them 5 hours to complete and I received the car back in great shape. I cannot express how completely satisfied I am with the service the Penske service department provides. I plan to take my 2009 Buick to them every time it needs service. More

Great customer service Scheduled an oil change and Joy contacted me to set the time and secure a loaner vehicle for me. I was just going to wait but they offered to do my inspection which wasn't due for 2 months, so I took the loaner. Still only took about 1 1/2 hours and my car was washed and ready to go. My Truck broke down on Interstate 222 while taking some items to my daughter while she was moving. I had AAA tow my vehicle to Geoff Penske Buick. Since I had no way to deliver the items to my daughter, B items to my daughter while she was moving. I had AAA tow my vehicle to Geoff Penske Buick. Since I had no way to deliver the items to my daughter, Brad from the Parts Dept. helped me get the items to my daughter's house about 2 miles away. Jeremy stayed in touch and was able to secure the necessary parts in one day. Willam did all repairs and service required in a few hours. I had my truck back in two business days. The courtesy shown to me and my wife was exceptional. I have never seen a report like the compehensive report that I received when the service was completed. Overall, an exceptional job. I'll be back. More
