I usually took my vehicle to another dealer for service, but on this day they were booked up. Poor service department couldn't figure out simple problem with new car that was purchased at their dealership. After several failed attempts they got upset and told me to go somewhere else. Randy is a very down-to-earth person, very polite, respectful and personable. He spent an unlimited amount of time with my wife and I, answering all of our questions and when we came in to pick up the car, which was immaculately detailed, inside and out he explained in detail everything on the car, answering all of my questions about how things work. I was very surprised that he spent so much time with me when I was just buying a used car but Randy valued me as a customer. I've called a few times since I've taken the car home with a couple simple questions and he again, in the friendliest way took his time answering all of my questions and told me to feel free to call him anytime with any questions I may have.
