Crisis adverted! out of town visitors for volleyball. Had car troubles from workmanship of previous scheduled service. Mike Seaver assisted us in vetting out all options and worked diligently to find us a replacement vehicle. Mike was very knowledgeable and helped in anyway that he could. Knowing we were in a high stress state Mike was thoughtful and let the conversation happen naturally and wasn't pushy. The entire staff at George Gee was warm and welcoming. But my experience working with Ricky Bobby, Kevin McCullough, and Gabe Aeschliman was enjoyable. They were friendly and fair during the process. My wife and I felt like they genuinely cared about getting us through the process and having it be a great experience. Kevin was fair in negotiation, Ricky was great in wanting to make sure we got the vehicle we wanted and went above and beyond to stay late and make sure everything was in place. Gabe was outstanding walking us through the contract and financials and also stayed way late to get everything wrapped up. And we even had the opportunity to compare our insurance coverage while in the dealership. From beginning to end just a great experience. It appears George Gee has put together a great team.
