Absolutely HORRIBLE customer service. I received letters in the mail explaining that my vehicle's passenger side airbag has a recall on it. I have been calling George Wall Ford every other week for 2 months in the mail explaining that my vehicle's passenger side airbag has a recall on it. I have been calling George Wall Ford every other week for 2 months now. Each time I speak to someone, they tell me I will get a phone call back. I have NEVER received a phone call from them in the 2 months that I have been trying to get this issue fixed. I have spoken to several people in the service department and today I spoke to Denise twice. Denise explained at first that the service manager was in a meeting and would call me back shortly. I waited for 5 hours and did not receive a phone call. I then called back and spoke to Denise again who ASSURED me that I would get a phone call before the day was over. It is now past their closing time and I never received a phone call, yet again. God forbid something were to happen because of this faulty airbag, GEORGE WALL FORD would be responsible. It is absolutely horrendous customer service and I advise anyone looking to do business here to abruptly turn around and go elsewhere. THIS PLACE SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN. More

On numerous occasions very disappointed with service etiquette, quality, and honesty. For example they refused to take in a lease from another Ford dealer. While a Ford dealer in a nearby town was more than willing to be helpful and through that earned a new car sale. On the service side vehicles were not ready on time and the car left a mess upon pick up. Do yourself a favor and go to another Ford dealer! More

George Wall Ford Lincoln by far has been the best in terms of experience and great customer service. I was a customer of Chuck Donlin when the dealership was across the street years ago, but went to another dealer because it was closer to home - I am so glad to be back, I don't mind driving the extra distance, it is definitely worth it! Have trust in this dealership to do what is necessary and not do add on work. Have bought four vehicles so far at this dealer. Have not been disappointed. More

Great job, Service! My 2016 Ford Explorer had a problem with the gear shifter that affected other electrical components. I was going to need a loaner vehicle while my SUV My 2016 Ford Explorer had a problem with the gear shifter that affected other electrical components. I was going to need a loaner vehicle while my SUV was being repaired. However, sometimes, there is a problem with getting a loaner. This time I was fortunate enough to get one the early evening of New Year's Eve weekend. Matt, Justin, and Augie (all in service) did a great job correcting the repair issues (all under Warranty). Augie even drove to my home to swap the loaner for my SUV. Sales and Service do go above and beyond to satisfy their customer. I must admit, George Wall provides better and more friendly service than the Land Rover dealer when I had my Discovery. Again, 5 stars to George Wall Ford Lincoln! More
