Not reimbursed for diagnostic charge I brought my 2008 Lincoln MKZ in for mechanical check. I was hearing noises in front wheels. After they checked it they told me I need front rotor I brought my 2008 Lincoln MKZ in for mechanical check. I was hearing noises in front wheels. After they checked it they told me I need front rotors and pads. I had them do the repairs and they still charged me the fee to check it. I thought disagnositc charges are waived if the facility repair the vehicle. Boy oh Boy was I wrong. This dealership charges the diagnostic cost too. Never No More !! What a complete rip off. Better off going to Pep Boys.......at least they waive the diagmostic check. More

I brought the car in to check some items that concerned me and Bill McVitty and the service department worked with me to fix some issues that were detected. Their efforts were far and beyond what one would normally expect and for that I am very grateful and will be returning to the dealership to purchase our THIRD car from them when the Mountaineer can no longer perform. Kevin was able to fix the station assignments on our TC's XM satellite radio, after Sirius-XM tried four times and failed. Although he is in the sales department, he turns out to be a very talented, hands XM satellite radio, after Sirius-XM tried four times and failed. Although he is in the sales department, he turns out to be a very talented, hands on engineering type, and he went out of his way to help me in my 2006 TC, outside in 100 degree heat, and for no charge. I purchased my Lincoln Zephr and the sales people all worked together and when my saleman was busy when I came back to purchase the car another man took me for a test drive was very nice and than when I worked together and when my saleman was busy when I came back to purchase the car another man took me for a test drive was very nice and than when I came back the man who waited on me the first time I was there took care of me and there was no hassle. I enjoyed all the people I came in contact with that day. I also have had my car service 3 times so far for oil changes and maintenance and they too are nice. I have been able to get a loaner car when I only needed aa oil change because I had a doctors app't. that same day and it all went very smoothly. I would recomend them for all your needs.
