He's a good listener and helped work with us to find an offer that works - even with an unforeseen hiccup with the initial car we wanted, he worked hard to make it happen. The reason I put 4 stars for price is we would have liked a lower lease rate, but we were buying their hottest new car, and Matt demonstrated that he did everything possible to get us to a price we could feel good about.
