Used Car Purchase Experience Been looking for a used 2008 Honda Odyssey for over a month and found one that caught my attention at Continental Honda. I knew what I wanted and my Been looking for a used 2008 Honda Odyssey for over a month and found one that caught my attention at Continental Honda. I knew what I wanted and my budget. I worked with a Sales rep. Brian Grewe, who is very friendly and honest. He was able to address all my questions. He wasn't pushy like other used car salesmen I had dealt with. He was willing to work with me with my budget. For example, the car is missing a middle seat, which wasn't disclose in the ad and one of the primary reason we wanted a minivan. Continental Honda promised to deliver a middle seat as soon they receive one. AFter further discussion, my wife and I decided to purchase the vehicle because of their customer service. To further attest Brian's outstanding service, after we bought the car, we didn't realize the power steering pump was failing until we tried to parallel park. We brought the car back for service and Continental Honda waived the repair costs for us despite that the car had no warranty. They earned my trust and I would bring the car in for future service.
