This was the first time i was buying a car that wasn't just a basic model, and he spent a lot of time going over the pros and cons of everything objectively and gave us great advice on what to expect. It didn't take long to get to a "out-the-door" price we were happy with, and helped us work the angles to get the best financing situation. No surprises when signing the paperwork and closing the deal. Best of all, he spent a lot of time with us after the deal was done, making sure the car is configured, clean, and immaculate. I've been in the market for a new-used car since December and have been religiously checking Autotrader, Truecar, Carmax, and Cars.com. After visiting several dealerships, shaking numerous hands, and walking out, I bought my car from Continental Honda. My salesman was Rudy Lika and he was very pleasant to work with. He never pressured me, pushed too hard, and was very respectful. We still went through the usual car selling routine, where he would go to his manager for prices and such, but it was never aggressive like other dealerships. Some other dealerships left a bitter taste in my mouth, while some spent their time blowing up my phone and email daily. I actually walked out of Continental empty handed the first time I went, but a week later, after a courtesy call from Rudy, I was able to get a great price on the car I wanted. This is the second car that I've bought from Continental and Rudy was by far more pleasant than the other salesmen I've dealt with. More
