smooth at first, a little bumpy at the end The transaction was smooth our sells person jim and everyone in the dealership were very nice and helpful. Only issue i had with them was when i took my parents honda crv 15 to get the spray protection coat.Once i receive the suv back i notice a bunch of rough spots around the suv. Took it back and continental honda made it right. My only advice to anyone who is going to purchase a new vehicle is inspect it before buying it and check it after the spray the protection coat, if you choose to add it. But would i buy another vehicle there or recommend someone to go there? Yes, i would even tho i had issue with the vehicle, i liked how they kept there promise and helped me with the issues.
