He was courteous, respectful, helpful, and didn't push us to discuss the price until we were ready. When we were ready to negotiate he was open, fair, and honest and worked hard to earn our business. In addition, everyone at Continental Honda was helpful, friendly, and easy to work with. When the color we wanted on our vehicle wasn't immediately available, the General Manager called to assure us that "finding cars is what we do" and even scheduled a pick-up date for the next day, before they had located a specific vehicle. Finally, my wife picked up the vehicle by herself and was nervous about how she would be treated (she's had terrible experiences with car salesman in the past). She had a great experience, was treated with respect, and was out of the dealership within 45 minutes. Her experience speaks to the quality customer service across the entire dealership.
