They can't be friendlier or more helpful and I really appreciate that. I didn't see a link on their website for feedback, or I would send a note directly to them. They're always open to discussing the repairs and make sure you understand what you're getting in to. Parts department is very helpful, too, though it is a bit annoying to have to wait in line for parts, wait in line for the cashier, then wait in line at parts again to pick up your part since they don't allow unpaid for parts to leave the parts counter. But they're helpful enough, I'm willing to endure that small inconvenience. More

It was only natural that I return to Continental Honda for my shopping since for 8 years I had had such excellent service on my CRV. I did consider several other brands and models, but the deciding factor in my decision was my desire to return to Continental where I felt so comfortable with the quality of the service I had experienced over numerous visits. As I expected, all the employees I encountered this time on the sales side were as helpful as I'd always found the service personnel to be. My salesperson was attentive, answered all my questions, took me for a test drive, and managed to find the model with the features,color, and accessories I wanted.
