Easy. Honest. Accommodating , should I go on? I was looking for a used car for my husband . Of course like everyone else, I was on the internet, continentalhonda.com, and I found the perfect car f I was looking for a used car for my husband . Of course like everyone else, I was on the internet, continentalhonda.com, and I found the perfect car for him. Their website made it easy, I called the store and spoke to Nick Hanna. We talked about the truck and made an appointment to come in immediately. Always worried a good used car flys out the door fast. On my way to the dealership, Bob, the Salesmanager called and gave me a few tips about contacting the dealership. It was nice to hear from a manager so early in the game. When I got to dealership, Nick greeted me at the door, had the car pulled up to front with keys in hand. Total service! We did the necessary stuff and then went on a test drive. Because it's a used vehicle, you never know where it's been. Prior to me arriving Nick had pulled up all information and history on the car and had even spoken to the service manger about the vehicle. Well prepared! Next I was introduced to Mike C., the used car manager. We discussed price and came to an agreement. Now that's the part that can always get ugly, but I got to say Mike was great. A true compromise that feed both our interest. Then i spoke to Mark Norwood the finance manager and he gave me a couple choices on financing and warranty. It was all so easy and the showroom was packed. An hour and a half later I walked out the door, with an agreement to purchase a great Used car. Oh by the way, later that day the a General Manager ,Mr. Bromer called me, just to ask if everything was handled to my satisfaction. I had a quick answer. Yes sir! Thanks Nick Hanna. Although we're driving a used Toyota, we are Continental Honda customers! More

We have been very pleased with the car and the entire car buying experience, so much when I needed a new car we knew exactly where to go and who to look for.
