The GM Mike initially quoted me one price, only for another manager to come back with a completely different number and no willingness to honor what was originally discussed. On top of that, I discovered the dealership charges noticeably more than others for OEM accessories. When I asked about the difference, there was no explanation—just the same dismissive attitude I experienced with the vehicle pricing. The manager’s approach felt like “this is the price, take it or leave it,” which is not how you treat a serious buyer. I was ready to buy, but the lack of transparency and unwillingness to work with a serious customer made that impossible. This experience cost them a sale and my future business. More
