Sold Unwanted packs Dealer gave test drive of different car than i was supposed to buy. so couldn't get time to see car which i was supposed to buy. Bought new car last Dealer gave test drive of different car than i was supposed to buy. so couldn't get time to see car which i was supposed to buy. Bought new car last week using costco program. Dealer has shown how great program is and savings but then added additional protection pack which was not even listed in sticker which increased cost of vehicle so not really saved anything. Also it looks like since this is Honda they dont care about customer much as they know brand is everything but I am sure they are wrong I am not buying anymore Honda. More

I was looking for a new car and someone referred me to see Terry at the Counrtside location. It was a very busy afternoon when I arrived and I was greeted by Terry. Terry was extremely professional and patient with me and my search for my perfect vehicle. To be honest I was so nervous and uncomfortable going into a dealership as I didn't want to feel pressured into anything. Terry took that feeling away immediately! I felt as if I were sitting down with a friend I knew for years. The honesty and care I received far exceed my expectations. I will be sending everyone I know to see Terry because I know they will be in good hands. I can only hope the dealership recognizes the integrity of this man and appreciates having an employee like him. More

Our sales rep Terry Scudieri showed us around and offered a test drive of one care we were not sure about. We ended up with the Honda Accord EXL. They did not have the one we wanted on their floor but they found one off site that they were able to get for us. Terry is excellent in his knowledge of the cars and in personal interaction. We ended up with a problem after the clear coat and Terry inspected with us and saw our concerns. He offered a re door try clay coat buffing first. Paul was the one who did a wonderful job. We were very surprised to see the beautiful job they did for our car. I recommend Continental Honda and Terry Scudieri to anyone who wants professional and personal service on a high end.
