Was looking for used, left with a brand new vehicle! Continental Honda was the third dealership in my stressy search for a new vehicle. Well, new to me, I was hoping to find a used manual accord but havi Continental Honda was the third dealership in my stressy search for a new vehicle. Well, new to me, I was hoping to find a used manual accord but having them be so far and few, I ended up in the patient hands of Dan at Continental Honda. We spent an entire afternoon (and evening) poking my head in model after model with an abundance of questions. I believe we went on 4 test drives, each model so different from the next.. making me realize I really had no clue what I was actually looking for. Thankful for Dan, he was all ears and time. Staying much later than he was required to, I never felt cornered or rushed, he has a genuine character that shines bright and with his patience I found myself in a brand new shiney Civic! Pleasant Car Buying Experience I had a CR-V for the last 14 years, so when it came to buying a car I really wanted another type of vehicle. Dan was friendly from the start and indulged my whining about my day. He was direct, honest and gave me the best offer without the previous annoyances previously mentioned. By the time the paperwork was signed, it was closing time on a beautiful Saturday and I'm sure he was quite eager to go home. Despite this, and the fact he had already sold me the car, he made a point to walk me through the features of the car and try them on the road. In other words, he took an hour out of his own time to make sure I was happy and informed AFTER the purchase. Dan wasn't just the kind of salesman who was able to sell me a car, but the kind who will have me coming back for my next one.
