Many complaints on my Hyundai Sonata. First the lack of immobilizer system (car was stolen twice), now the "excessive oil comsumption" problem . I went there to get an oil change and have him look at an issue with a code that came up on my dashboard. An issue with low acceleration. I was like, wow! Basically, my car is not worth looking at any further. Very disappointing service, to say the least! More

I went to 4 other dealerships before coming to Ettleson-wasn't treated with respect at those other dealerships. However, when I met Brock Hollingsworth at this one, I was. Which made it easie Ettleson-wasn't treated with respect at those other dealerships. However, when I met Brock Hollingsworth at this one, I was. Which made it easier for me to lease a 2025 Tucson ( which was not the original vehicle I was looking at). But thanks to all the people I met at Ettleson, my attitude changed and I decided to lease the Hyundai and am pleased with my decision. More
