I can honestly say that I never would have expected the service I received at Bobby Jones Ford. Absolutely amazing! I had been trying to trade out my vehicle for months! I could not find a dealer that wa service I received at Bobby Jones Ford. Absolutely amazing! I had been trying to trade out my vehicle for months! I could not find a dealer that was willing to give me what I wanted for my car and still be able to put me in nice new one. I had an older Saturn with over 100,000 miles (Strike 1) that had been in an accident (Strike 2) and I was upside down by $11,000 (Strike 3). I began believing that I was stuck with this car forever. One day I called Bobby Jones Ford and was fortunate enough to speak with Martin Taylor. By this time I was frustrated and figured I was already waisting my time. I said, "Let me save both of us a lot of time and aggravation... I have Saturn with over 100,000 miles that has been in a car accident and I already know I'm upside down by thousands! I would like to trade in this car for a NON BASIC SUV with nice options WITHOUT raising my payment over $600 a month. Is this possible?" I could hear the smile in Martin's voice when he took a deep breath and said, "Well, you definitely are going to make me work today, but everything is possible. I think I already have the car for you." Long story short, Martin Taylor worked and worked until I drove out of the dealership with a brand new 2012 Ford Escape fully loaded except for leather seats and NAV.
