Service experience well done The wait was a little unexpectedly long a/c a service campaign issue. We were notified and agreed to the extra two hours. But after three emails and calls reminding us of our appointment, a word that we might be in for a factory service advisory and a three hour appointment would have helped us prepare for the wait.
