David - Can you please contact me at your earliest convenience? I am reading your review and would like to find out the details of the issues you had here. In your post you state our dealership misrepresented pricing - however our online price matches exactly the amount you paid. All of our online pricing is adjusted by the days in inventory. The vehicle you selected was a very popular trim and color combination and was right off the truck. Whereas we may have Sorento in stock with significant price reductions that yours did not relect - these would be either less popular trim color combinations or aged inventory. Either was I do apologize and wish to resolve the confusion in any way I can with regards to the pricing and the longer wait you experienced. I understand we contacted you several times after your delivery in part to bring you back to get a second key for you but also to do part of the new car processes which were not done because service had limited resources at the time of your first visit. If someone told you on your second visit that the process was going to take only a half hour I would say that was poor communication and if I may have that person's name I would like to correct that. A pre delivery inspection typically takes an minimum an hour fifteen minutes or more. Once again I apologize about your experience - it sounds like it fell well below of your expectations as well as ours.
