I went to do a service in my car. They wanted me to trade in my car. Therefore, I agreed. They offer $3,700 for my car. I said no. Iclrealy said that I didn't want anything added suchbas gap insurance and so on and I didn't want to go argue with finance. I mentioned that I didn't want them to send my credit to more than 2 banks. He said no because they have internal Kian Bank. Samir said okay. Later on, I found out they pulled my credit into 6 banks. I went to the finance office. The guys wanted me to sign all the papers without showing me the real numbers. He kept showing me the chicken scratch thatthe sle guy did. This is your contract, you signed it. I went back and forth with him. On it they were $999 for tire shine and $2999 for paint scratch. I said I didn't recognize those numbers and they need to be removed. Moreover, I found out they add $5000 for my car instead of $5700. When I said I was not buying until they removed the fluffs, Samir told me that my car was not ready and it is none of his business for me to find a ride to pick up my children from school and I had 15 mn before the school started blowing my phone up. He said the tires are on the floor and he is going home. I said that I need to pick my children up from School. He said to find myself some Uber because I didn't purchase their car. I had to walk in their garage by force to find my car and drive backward to get out of there. More
