Yes, I would. I've been going to the service department regarding the same issue with my EV6 for the past four months! The last advisor I had, did not get me right I've been going to the service department regarding the same issue with my EV6 for the past four months! The last advisor I had, did not get me right away nor could he answer any questions. I told the service manager about my concerns and was placated with a promise to research and communicate solutions for my car. After the appointed communication date for which there was no communication, I went to the dealership and was told by the service manager there was no fix and it was corporate's responsibility! I have filed a complaint with KIA's customer care center and have an open case file for my car. The service manager was condescending in tone and words! Awful, awful experience! More

It’s decent, all of the service people are nice! the salesman are a bit over bearing especially the guy with the braids, he’s too intrusive!
