I was taken back by the fact this dealer does not accept other kia dealer coupons. I have gone to Orland Park Kia and they have accepted this dealer coupons. Service Advisors are nice. But I don't know what goes on with the techs. On average, it's taken them 4-6 hours to do an oil change and every other visit a tire rotation. It's ridiculously long, especially when there's only 4-5 customers in the waiting room. But the Service Advisors do a very good job with updates, when they have them. More
