This was by far the BEST car shopping experience that I've ever had. I came into Hawkinson pretty much knowing what I wanted for a NEW car. My mom and I were very impressed with the enthusiasm that Ron showed and not only that as we walked by other sales associates, they were all very friendly and seemed to work as a cohesive unit. I test drove a 2010 Nissan Altima. I LOVED IT!! Once I got into the car, I knew there was no turning back. I told Ron what I was looking to spend and I met with the GM and they worked together to make it happen. I am truly grateful for the time that they spent with my mom and I. It was the quickest car purchase ever, but it was professionally done. We bought two cars in the last couple of years at Hawkinson Nissan and we could not be happier. It's the first time I go to a car dealership and I got to meet the owners (Bob and Jim Hawkinson) and t Hawkinson Nissan and we could not be happier. I felt I was treated fairly and respectfully, and as a female customer it does not happen at all auto dealerships!T he whole staff is extremely courteous and friendly. I have been back many times to service the cars and the level of customer service remains at a very high level, from the reception desk, the service desk to the cashier's desk. There is also a nice waiting area with refreshments, t.v. and computer access! And they wash the car too free of charge! More

I can't say enough good things about my shopping experience at Hawkinson Nissan. It was my first car purchase EVER! From the moment I got out of the car in the lot there was music pumping over the o experience at Hawkinson Nissan. It was my first car purchase EVER! From the moment I got out of the car in the lot there was music pumping over the outdoor sound system...and inside as well. The atmosphere was exciting! My sales consultant, Gordon, walked me through the process from A to Z and explained everything to me in a way I could understand...I got a tour of their facility, and get this...it's called the "Hawk Walk" and he even showed me where the service department was and introduced me to the service manager. Very cool, I have to know where to go to get my maintenance done to qualify for their "Tires for Life" program. They even have a big screen TV in the waiting area with refreshments and FREE WI-FI! It just kept getting better and better. The General Sales Manager, Tim was a kick...funny guy and he knew his stuff too and told me about Hawkinson's 24/7 Helpline. That's a great benefit that no other dealer has. One of the owners, Bob stopped by to talk with me (even tho the place was packed with customers) and he was a very genuine kind of guy. He did not make me feel like just another sale. Actually, no one did. Finance was a piece of cake. Great rate and a great guy, (Dave I believe) that made that part of the process fun and stress free. I left there in my new car with a great price and most importantly, not regretting my decision to bypass my local Nissan dealer in Orland Park and take the time to visit Hawkinson Nissan. I tell everyone I know about them and I would not hesitate to shop there again. Bob and Jim, keep it up! With all the personal attention, you made me feel like I was your only customer on that day.
