My husband and I walked in with a price in our head and a check waiting for us at the credit union. All we asked for was a good deal. Anthony returned with a price that was almost $10,000 dollars above the sticker price. MAKE THAT MAKE SENSE. He proceeded to discuss possible savings if we were to finance through the dealership. This was the very first thing we told him we were not interested in. Sticker price was approx. $46,8XX the offer on the desk read $56,XXX. It was explained to us that the vehicle was PLATNUIM. That's exactly what I asked for when I walked in. The additional fees for miscellaneous things were ridiculous. The $995.00 charge because the owner made a conscious sound business decision to etch the VIN # in multiple places on ALL vehicles in case they are stolen was the most ridiculous. I appreciate the effort but we all live in the Chicago area and additional etching does not serve a higher purpose. Anthony was very professional but for reasons unknown he was unable to satisfy us. My husband and I walked out with a smile drove to 94 Nissan of South Holland and purchased the SAME EXACT 2023 MAXIMA PLATNUIM vehicle for $49,XXX all I can say is Desiree Williams was more than happy to accept the already pre-approved check from our credit union. My husband drove his new car home yesterday...just in time for his birthday on Friday. Thank you More
