Expectations Met! My experience with Hawkinson Nissan started about 5 or 6 months ago when I needed a second "pod" for a 2010 Altima I bought in Highland IN last year. My experience with Hawkinson Nissan started about 5 or 6 months ago when I needed a second "pod" for a 2010 Altima I bought in Highland IN last year. I shopped around and found their pricing overall to be significantly lower than quotes from their competitors in the area around my home. They programmed the new pod, and they even washed my car! Everybody was nice and friendly, the place was spotless, and they kept their word on everything. This time, I needed the 45,000 mile inspection, so,, because of my first positive experience, I just called Hawkinson immediately and set up the appointment. When I arrived, Paul in service said the work would require about "an hour and a half." (It took a little over an hour.) The waiting area was very comfortable, lots of space, with a larger-than-usual TV, coffee, tea, and reading materials. And it wasn't noisy, which has been my experience in this situation. The cost was $20 less than their competitors in the surrounding area, and they gave me a 10% discount! Washed my car again too! (I found out that's a part of their service.) They even text me the following morning to see if the work was satisfactory or if I had questions. A pleasant surprise! I'm very pleased with the level of service I have received at Hawkinson's Nissan and will continue having my car serviced there, because trust is key for me in protecting my investments. When I need service on my Altima, I will drive the few extra miles to Hawkinson, where I can count on them for great service to help me maintain my vehicle as well as a smooth and pleasant experience overall. When the time comes, I'll likely buy a new car from them. More
