For the last few years he has always been sup Christian has been helping me perform what I would call a 'mechanical refresh' on my 2003 BMW M3 Coupe. For the last few years he has always been super honest and helpful with my servicing needs. Just recently he helped me resolve what I thought was going to be a major problem and in the end was a simple plastic shopping bad that had burnt to my exhaust. Any other dealership / mechanic would have charged me excessively for this, but Christian and the service tech fixed this at no charge and at the same time performed a warranty repair on my valve cover gasket! I could not have been any happier. I recommend you take your vehicle to BMW Germain for servicing as in the long run it is better quality repair and will cost you less. Thank you again Christian!
