We sincerely apologize if your experience was not as you expected with our dealership. Our advisor was only trying to make you aware that the sensor can sometimes be damaged when tires are installed outside of the dealerships. Our records do indicate that the diagnosis did show a defective part that we were able to have covered under warranty. On a final note, when you did arrive to pick up your car our staff was extremely busy as this is our seasonal time and was not their intention to appear to be ignoring you. I have spoken to my staff and brought to their attention that although it was not the intent it is the customers perception that matters.
