I came in knowing what vehicle I wanted, the staff did not try to chance my mind or to sell me a higher priced vehicle. I asked if they could hold the vehicle until I was off later in week, no problem, Vince the salesman was very helpful and didn't rush the process. I didn't feel like another Commission he had to get for the day. I traded in my old car and forgot to take out an item, Vince called me hours later and said he will hold the item for me to come and pick up later. I am enjoying my new car knowing I can return to Hyundai of georgesville if I have any questions or problems in the future. More

I love my new car! My husband and I have been turned down and lied to many times when it has came to buying a car, even ignored That was for cars with over 100,000 miles My husband and I have been turned down and lied to many times when it has came to buying a car, even ignored That was for cars with over 100,000 miles and over 10 years old. I looked around online and emailed Hatfield Hyundai about a used car. With the interest rate, I decided the used car wasn't worth it. Hatfield called me about a month later and told me they wanted to get me into a 2016 Elantra. I honestly didn't believe it and didn't think they'd call back. Our down payment was hardly anything, thanks to rebates and the interest rate was lower for the new car. When we arrived at Hatfield, people did kind of flock to us and seem kind of competitive, but once we found out who our salesperson was, no one bothered us. I even had the chance to finish the deal with the man who made it possible which was Ryan. Garrett was our salesperson and he was great. Very funny and gave us all the details we needed. We are beyond happy with Hatfield and beyond happy with the car. THANK YOU! More
