Exceptional Service Buying a New Car at Hatfield's Hyundia Being a sixty-seven year old woman that had totalled her car, I was dreading the car buying experience. I had done a couple weeks of web searches and phone conversations with several dealers. Then I went out to test drive cars at several dealerships that I had decided on. After several visits, I then went to Hatfield's Hyundia in Columbus, Ohio. There I was met by a salesman, Rich Highley. He quickly made me feel very comfortable listening as I explain my situation and what I was interested in buying. He quickly zoomed in on exactly what I was wanting.He did not try to sell me something else or question my choice. Instead he sat with me and went over everything about car explaining warranties, services by Hyundia, and the benefits of gap insurance (which I had recently experienced), and all resources that Hatfield offers their customers. I found Rich to be very knowledgeable, pleasant, caring, good listener, and honest as he lead me through the process of purchasing a new car. I had a rental and Rich personally filled the rental with gas and arranged to have it picked up there. Rich then introduced me to Finance Manager,Ryan Thornton. Ryan went well beyond his job to assist me in financing my car. I discovered Ryan to be very helpful , caring, also a good listener, as he too thoroughly went over all the paper work that follow purchasing a new car. Ryan even helped me with my past gap insurance policy in getting a refund. Both gentlemen walked me to my new car and gave me their business cards with their personal cell numbers in case I would have questions later or have any concerns about anything. I highly recommend Rich Highley & Ryan Thornton at Hatfield Hyundia when you wish to purchase your next car. More
