Been going to this dealership for many years. This was my first encounter with service guy Todd Park and it couldn’t have been better! Very professional and took time to explain things well. I went in to this dealership to purchase a Tuscon after a lengthy back and forth via email with a sales associate via the costco auto program. First off the lack of transparency was appalling. I was given a lengthy back and forth via email with a sales associate via the costco auto program. First off the lack of transparency was appalling. I was given a price and i inquired about their 0 apr financing and was told they would honor both. Excited and eager to purchase my first car I got to the dealer and met with Keara. She was welcoming at first but quickly turned arrogant and downright rude thereafter. We asked her about the pricing and informed her we were told different and had email chain of communication but she said thats just a lady who scheduled appointments and she has no say on pricing. We then asked her if she could do anything better on the pricing to which she arrogantly responded “we sold over 50 cars on black friday so we cant do any better and dont care as weve already met our sales goal.” We ignored this and further asked if she was able to give us the weather mats to sweeten the deal and she said arent you getting a better deal at the other dealership? We proceeded to ask her if she didnt care for our business and she again said no we sold a lot of cars already. I understand that there are limitations to every deal in terms of bargain but to blatantly tell a customer you dont care for their business speaks volumes to the lack of service at this dealership. I would never recommend buying from them again. More
