Based on this visit, I was very impressed with the service provided and the friendliness of the staff. The only thing I was not forewarned about when the appointment was made was that there would be service provided and the friendliness of the staff. The only thing I was not forewarned about when the appointment was made was that there would be a longer wait time if leaving the vehicle for service as opposed to waiting on it(3 hrs. vs. 7 hrs.). I had planned my day based on the estimated repair time of approximately 2.5-3 hours, but since I had to leave it, I had to arrange for alternate transportation and had to alter my days' activities due to the much longer than anticipated wait(repair) time. Going forward, I would request that if this is the dealership's policy, please let the vehicle owner know ahead of time that this is the case. Thank you for an otherwise great experience. More
