Rich Highley was excellent and helped me get my Genesis repaired although I have an issue with the manufacturer who does not want to address what I think may be a second potential problem with this car so that it is being sent to better business bureau but it does not involve Hatfield but rather the parent company of Hyundai who will not deal with this life-threatening issue. I just mention this so if you receive information on my complaint, you know it does not involve this dealership. More

Having to find and buy another car in such as short time was keeping me up at night. On October 31, 2017 I went back to Hatfield Hyundai and worked with Gerald Curtis and Rich Highly. They treated me like family. I purchased another 2017 Hyundai Elantra Limited that day. It was stress-free and was a huge weight off my shoulders. They will be the first people I talk to the next time I am in need of another car. More
