Disorganized dealership This was my first car buying experience, and it ended up being a much more difficult process than I had expected. I had prepared for the worst part be This was my first car buying experience, and it ended up being a much more difficult process than I had expected. I had prepared for the worst part being price negotiation which did not end up being the case. The salesmen and manager were all understanding that being a new college grad I had a fairly strict budget to work with and were fairly helpful. I honestly have no problem with the employees themselves. My issues started when it came time to sign the paperwork. The wrong lienholder had been printed on my contract which was caught after I signed it, but before I left at least. To my knowledge we had fixed it, but as I went back over the paperwork at home I saw that it was still incorrect requiring me to go back to the dealership to fix that on top of another documentation issue. I then got a call a couple days later saying the bank had changed the wording on the contract and I needed to come back to resign it again. A few days later I got another call about needing to resign paperwork yet again which was thankfully resolved without requiring me to come back to the dealership again. Overall, it was a very stressful and inconvenient process that I don't wish to ever repeat. More

All of the staff where friendly and knowledgeable during the process even though I had never leased a car before, They went the extra mile to stay lat All of the staff where friendly and knowledgeable during the process even though I had never leased a car before, They went the extra mile to stay late on a Sunday to finish all the paperwork for me. And knowing that I was having surgery on my shoulder the following Wednesday, they sent a get well card signed by the whole dealership home with my grandson when he did the final pickup of the car.
