Prior to our encounter w Rich went above and beyond to get us the 2018 Hyundai Santa Fe Sport Ultimate with tech package that we had been looking for. Prior to our encounter with Hatfield, we experience poor service and much dissatisfaction with other Hyundai dealers in Columbus. I contact Hatfield through an online price inquiry and Rich promptly responded. Since this vehicle type was so hard to fine, I didn't have much hope that we were going to get one any time soon, let alone a 2018 model, but Rich persisted and assured us he could deliver the vehicle we wanted right down to the color and features. We will not be shopping anywhere else in the future for Hyundai, other than Hatfield Hyundai and Rich Highley. More
