Horrible Experience I leased a 2017 Genesis G80 from Hatfield Hyundai on April 30, 2017. I traded in my 2015 leased Honda Accord Sedan on that same day. It is now June 9 I leased a 2017 Genesis G80 from Hatfield Hyundai on April 30, 2017. I traded in my 2015 leased Honda Accord Sedan on that same day. It is now June 9, 2017 and my 2015 Honda has not been paid off. I am getting calls from Honda about my late payment and was charged a late fee. I called the dealership on May 25 when I got the notice from Honda the payment wasn't made and I was past due. I was told they were going to look into it. I called them again that afternoon and had to leave a message. I called on May 26 to see what was going on and was told they were looking into it and would get back with me. On Tuesday May 30 after I emailed the general manager Larry about what was going on I received an email from Katie Rohr, in their finance dept., that I needed to come back in and sign new paperwork because the residual value on the Genesis was different and had to be changed. I was also told that the title clerk had sent a check to Honda that day to pay off my traded in car. I then got a call on June 2 from Dee Nabavi, in their finance dept., that I needed to come in and sign more paperwork because they didn't check a few boxes that needed checked for the funds of the Genesis. When I went in a signed the paperwork I was told I was their top priority and this would get taken care of right away and that out of 268 cars sold in April I was the only one that had any issues. I was also informed a check was never mailed to Honda on May 30 like I was told. I emailed Dee yesterday, June 8 about the status as I had not heard anything all week and keep checking the Honda website and it is still not paid off. I was told it would hopefully get funded yesterday and they could pay the Honda off. I have emailed Dee again today to see if that was done and am waiting a response back. I will have the make the monthly payment on the Honda, a car I do not have anymore, by 6/12 to avoid the late payment hitting my credit report. My temp tags are also up on June 14 and am waiting to hear what I am supposed to do about that. I have bought and leased many vehicles and have never had an experience like this before. I should have known better and left the lot after the high pressure sales we were getting about buying a car from them. I will never do business with them again and will tell everyone I know not to go to them. I definitely do not feel like their top priority and feel like they are telling me what I want to hear and in the meantime not really getting anything accomplished. More

Hatfield Hyundai Rich Highley is an excellent salesman. He is very friendly and knowledgeable and is willing to answer any questions. This is the second Tuscon I hav Rich Highley is an excellent salesman. He is very friendly and knowledgeable and is willing to answer any questions. This is the second Tuscon I have bought, and Rich was the sales person 12 years ago. I was really surprised that he was still at Hatfield. I've heard only good things about Hatfield. I did go to Dennis Hyundai first since it was closer but I was not happy with the sales person because he kept telling me that he thought that leasing would be my best option since my husband had a stroke and I was trying to keep the payment lower. All of the employees at Hatfield were very personable and not pushy. I so appreciate that fact. I've always been apprehensive about looking for a new vehicle because of a few bad experiences I've had in the past.... not with Hatfield. So I will be a returning customer even if takes me twelve years. I hope I can still get the Amazon gift card. I gave Rich the number that was sent to me associated with it.
