Happy with Another Lease! I've leased 5 vehicles through Hyundai. 2 from Dennis Hyundai and 3 with Hatfield Hyundai. Rick Neutzling has been there for all 3 of my leases with Hatfield Hyundai and I know that he'll listen to me and I trust his judgment when making decisions. I feel very comfortable talking to him and he's never been pushy with me. More

Any other dealership would have / could have handled the situation less gracefully, but Hatfield was very understanding. It wasn't a problem caused by them, but they went out of their way to make the situation right. Very impressed by their customer service and follow through! Great dealer! More
